Refund Policy In Our Company

If you are dissatisfied with our service or encounter any technical issues that prevent you from using it as intended, we offer a refund for eligible purchases within 30 days from the date of purchase. Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been successfully rendered or where the issue is due to our fault (e.g., service downtime, system errors). Refund requests must be submitted through the support channels outlined on our website. Please note that refunds are not available for issues related to third-party networks, such as carrier restrictions, or any misuse of the service by the user.

To request a refund, please contact Rashtech’s customer support team within 30 days of your purchase. Provide the necessary details such as your account information, transaction ID, and a description of the issue you encountered. Once your request is reviewed, we will process the refund if it meets the criteria mentioned above. We will notify you of the decision via email within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Rashtech reserves the right to refuse a refund if the service has been fully delivered or if there has been a violation of our Terms of Service or misuse of the platform. Refunds may also be denied if the account is found to be engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities. Additionally, no refunds will be processed for amounts below a certain threshold, which will be outlined in the user’s billing agreement.
